Over 25 years I've led product organizations inside founder-led startups, growth-stage companies, and mid-market B2B SaaS businesses — from early product-market fit through the inflections that expose every gap in the operating model.
I've run technical and product due diligence across some of the most active investment firms in the market. I've served as embedded Chief Product Officer at portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle — sitting inside the business, owning the roadmap, and building the product operating model from the ground up.
I work at both ends of the transaction. Pre-close, I give deal teams a precise read on what they're buying — product viability, team capability, technology risk, and commercial exposure. Post-close, I build the operating model the value-creation thesis requires.
